Recently, United Retail decided to market its Euronics and Electro World brands under a single name. As part of the rebranding, they asked us to fit out their 130 branches with 43” screens, wall-mounting brackets, and media players to air Electro World TV.
Electro World TV is tailor-made programming for customers browsing or waiting in-store. It narrowcasts in the brand’s look & feel across all a store’s screens, showcasing the brand, providing information, and promoting special in-store offers.
Using the Notice Signage Platform, Electro World has full control of all its stores’ national programming from its head offices while store managers retain control over local news content and video material.
Electro World TV’s collated programming – a mix of brand awareness, information, and special offers – is transforming in-store waiting times into an enhanced brand experience and resulting in higher customer satisfaction levels. Mission accomplished!
